Welcome to Historyeats - a place to celebrate the wonderful world of food history through art, objects, and recipes! 
My other area of expertise is food and religion in the early modern period - I have a PhD from Cambridge Uni, and I'm currently a Leverhulme Early Career Fellow at Cardiff Uni in Wales. I am writing a book entitled The Reformation of Food, which explores these themes from the perspective of Catholic Italy and Protestant England.
